Do not yield too much. People take what you grant for a right and turn it around to their advantage and even ask for more. So that when you don’t yield anymore they accuse you of doing them wrong because it’s their right to ask of you this and that and you are being greedy.
So do not yield, when you grant a favour, let them know it’s a favour you grant and that they are lucky to receive that one thing just that one time… most of all teach them to ask for things with a nice thank you and if you please.
